If you have never had the opportunity to visit our clinic before you may be surprised on your first visit to find that our clinic appears to be very small from the outside. What you don’t see is how well-equipped our clinic is and how large it actually is behind the exam room doors. Take our Virtual Tour to get a “behind the scenes” peak! 

You will be greeted by one our Receptionists who will assist you and your pet and check them in for their appointment. In an emergency situation your animal will be taken immediately to the back for our staff to tend to and our team will get vital information from you. If you have nutrition related questions, one of our Nutrition Advisors will be more than happy to assist you in our Nutrition Centre. 

For staff and patient safety, if you are coming to the clinic after 11:00pm, please use the left entrance into the porch area. Here, you will need to ring the doorbell and use the intercom to announce yourself. Our staff will then buzz you in.
